Briefly describe your role at Alia.

I look after school fee payments and accounts payable.

Why do you enjoy working at Alia?

As an employee I am treated with respect. Just like with students and teachers, there is no hierarchy between employees and management. We are treated as equals, which makes it much easier to approach management when we have to. They are always bending over backwards to make us feel supported.

What do you get up to with your time outside school?

Spending time with my children, and finding fun and new things to do with them.
